Does your team work remotely or on a hybrid basis?

When was the last time everyone had the opportunity to spend meaningful time together in person?

A well-planned retreat or workshop can give smaller teams the space to reconnect, strengthen working relationships, share ideas and plan, away from the usual day-to-day distractions.

This can work particularly well for smaller tech companies, professional services firms, creative agencies, consultancies, coaches and other businesses with remote or hybrid teams.

Just as importantly, it allows colleagues to relax, enjoy shared experiences and have some fun together outside the usual working environment.

But finding the right property can take hours of searching.

The right villa or private estate needs to work for both the purpose of the retreat and the people attending, with suitable accommodation, comfortable communal areas, reliable Wi-Fi, space for meetings or workshops, and perhaps outdoor areas or additional services such as catering, private chefs, wellness treatments or local experiences.

I offer a personal, complimentary service to help businesses find the right villa or private estate for their retreat, workshop or team stay.

My service is particularly suited to smaller business retreats and workshops, typically for groups of up to 50 people.

I can source licensed properties across the UK, including Scotland, as well as overseas, depending on your requirements.

Many of the properties I work with can also offer concierge services to help make the planning process easier and give you more flexibility when creating the right experience for your team.

Now is a good time to start thinking about an autumn or end-of-year retreat — particularly if you want a good choice of properties and dates.

If you’re starting to think about organising a retreat but have no idea where to start, I can help you find suitable options, saving you hours of searching
